Proxy Purchase Order Inspection Rules

The inspection service mainly focuses on verifying and examining the appearance information such as the style, quantity, color, size, and model of the goods. The inspection rule for all sealed-packaged goods and non-clothing/bag/shoe goods with sealing labels or strips is to conduct an inspection without opening the package, checking whether the appearance is damaged, and determining whether the arrived goods are incorrect based on the outer packaging information of the goods. All goods will be screened for contraband.

The authenticity, functionality, and quality of highly professional goods such as electrical appliances, digital products, and electronic peripheral products are not within the scope of inspection.

The details of the contents of all sealed-packaged goods and non-clothing/bag/shoe goods with sealing labels or strips are not within the scope of inspection.

Package Transshipment Receipt and Inspection Rules:

When signing for a package, if the outer packaging is severely damaged and does not meet the receiving requirements, it will be directly refused or returned.

If your package meets the receiving requirements, the warehouse will open all packages for contraband screening after receiving the goods and then weigh and store them in the warehouse.

If it is found that your goods do not meet the requirements of transportation and air transportation, we will mark it specially on the relevant order to remind you to negotiate the return matters.

If you have not seen the receiving information of the warehouse within a reasonable domestic transportation time (our warehouse is located in DongGuan, and the general domestic delivery cycle is 3 - 5 days), please contact your domestic logistics company or website customer service staff to confirm the status of the goods.

Inspection and Warehousing Instructions

DGOBUY will verify and check the quantity, color, size, and other information of the arrived goods. After the inspection is completed, the original express box will be removed, and the goods will be packaged in DGOBUY self-sealing bags and stored in the warehouse. (For fragile, easily damaged, and goods where the express box serves as the product packaging box, as well as oversized goods, the original box will be retained. The specific situation is subject to actual operation.)

Precautions:

a. Color difference, size error, and usage effect are not within the scope of inspection.

b. The quality, model, spare parts, etc. of highly professional goods such as electrical appliances, digital products, and peripheral products are not within the scope of inspection.

c. For "CD" and "collectible figure" goods, the inspection standard for such goods is to conduct an inspection without opening the plastic sealing bag, and only the appearance can be checked for damage, and the details of the contents cannot be specifically verified.

d. For oversized furniture, if it is packaged or in a wooden box when delivered to the warehouse, only the integrity of the packaging will be inspected. For oversized equipment and machinery, only the integrity of the packaging will be checked as well.
