Foreign Return
If your package has been sent abroad and is returned due to reasons such as "failed international security check," "no signature received," "incorrect or unknown address," or "improper delivery," you will need to resend the package. All shipping costs associated with resending are at your own expense.

Domestic Return
1. Types of Returns within China
1) Returns Due to Third-Party Logistics Provider Errors: Packages that were damaged, rejected by the logistics provider, oversized, overweight, or had incorrect mailing addresses.
2) Returns Due to Security Clearance Failure: Packages that did not pass postal or airport security checks.
3) Returns Due to Customs Inspection: Packages containing restricted goods that were returned by customs.

2. Freight Refund Standards for Domestic Returns
1) For returns due to third-party logistics provider errors, all freight charges will be refunded.
2) If a package fails a security check (e.g., postal, airline) and is returned, all freight charges will be refunded. However, after an airline security check, neither freight nor registration fees are refundable.
3) If goods are confiscated or destroyed due to failing a security check or customs inspection, no freight refunds will be issued, and no compensation will be provided for the goods.

3. Processing of Domestic Returns
1) For returns due to third-party logistics provider errors, our company will arrange the return via offline logistics chamber of commerce, range driver, domestic courier, or other logistics services. The freight paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the DgoBuy account balance. If the logistics company incurs any return costs, these must be borne by the customer.
2) For returns due to air security checks, logistics will contact our company offline, and the package will be returned via collection drivers, domestic express, or other logistics services. The freight paid will be fully refunded to the DgoBuy account balance. If the logistics provider incurs any return costs, these must be borne by the customer.
3) For returns due to customs inspections, the package will be returned via drivers, domestic express, or other logistics services. The freight paid by the customer will be fully refunded to the DgoBuy account balance. If the logistics provider incurs any return costs, these must be borne by the customer.

4. Common Items Subject to Security Checks or Customs Inspections
1) Hazardous substances as defined by the International Air Cargo Association (IATA), the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), relevant laws and regulations, government departments, or organizations. This includes dangerous goods, items prohibited by destination country laws, and items prohibited or restricted from transport. Refer to "About Import" for more detailed restrictions on items leaving the country.
2) Common items subject to security checks or customs inspections arranged by third-party logistics providers include:
- Liquid products: sprays, toners, makeup removers, facial masks, nail glue, etc.
- Magnetic products: car phone holders, refrigerator stickers, compasses, etc.
- Powdered cosmetics: loose powders, powdered substances, etc.
- Paste products: eyeshadow, rouge, lipstick, mascara, car wax, soap, etc.
- Electronic products: items with batteries, motors, electronic toys, etc.
- Food and plant products: tea, instant noodles, bamboo products, wood products, etc.
- Pharmaceutical and medical supplies: all pharmaceuticals, hydraulic or pneumatic products, inflatable ball products, pumps, etc.
- Weapons or weapon-like items: toy controlled knives, suspected knives, swords, guns, etc.
- Counterfeit currency, currency, audiovisual products (CDs), dried flowers, candles, incense, and other flammable goods.
